We make every effort to ship your order quickly! Orders are shipped via USPS priority within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation of the order as well as a shipment notification.International Shipping
We ship and bill orders internationally. International shipping rates will apply. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Occasionally we do run out of items before the website can be updated. When that happens, you will be notified by email and we will hold the shipment of the entire order. Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. Please note: Extra shipping charges may occur if you decide to have a partial order shipped.Returns & Exchange Policy
All items must be in their original unopened package for refund or exchange. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting us. No returns will be accepted without pre-authorization. Please email us for authorization and details on return address. Due to the high volume of products and constantly updated stock, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to process your return. Personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE due to their inability to be resold. Shipping charges are not refundable. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.No Return/Exchange on all Bath & Body products, Printed Stationery & Personalized Favors: Due to the natural aspect of our handmade and handcrafted products, we can not accept order returns, issue refunds or credits. We may review potential returns only on a case-by-case basis, in the instance where product is clearly defective and not exhibiting normal variances due to the dynamic nature of ingredients/materials used.
Variations are unique character of handcrafted & natural products and should be celebrated and enjoyed. We cannot accept returns of a product due to variations in color, size, shape, texture, swirl and scent.

We make every effort to keep all of our products in stock at all times. We will notify you via email if an item you ordered is not currently in stock.
